William Sheild, Director of Supply Chain and IT
Willliam Sheild joined Excel Interior Door, LLC in July 2024. He has a 25 year history of working in manufacturing, with 19 of those years in the building materials area. He has held positions in production, marketing, sales, and supply chain as well as developed systems to facilitate communication and data sharing.
Mr. Sheild gained a customer centric understanding of business through quick service restaurant management. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Leadership and IT management from the University of Mary Washington in 2010. In 2015, Mr. Sheild returned to UMW and received his M.B.A.
In his private life, Mr. Sheild enjoys building his own creations with LEGO® Bricks, and spend time with his family.
Jeff Harden, General Manager
Mr. Harden joined Excel Interior Door in January of 2025. With over 22 years of experience in the door industry, Mr. Harden is established as a results-driven leader with a proven track record of success in managing operations, optimizing team performance, and driving business growth. Throughout his career, he has developed expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and operational efficiency, always focusing on delivering exceptional results and exceeding expectations.
As General Manager, Mr. Harden will oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensure seamless coordination across departments, and maintain a sharp focus on customer satisfaction and business performance.
Known for his collaborative leadership style, Mr. Harden fosters a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. His ability to inspire teams and develop long-term strategies has been instrumental in enhancing organizational performance and achieving company objectives.
Outside of work, Jeff enjoys spending time with his family and friends, further emphasizing a well-rounded approach to both professional and personal life.
